Dee Francis
Director & Finance Broker
Dee’s finance career began in 1994, shortly after she swapped her country NSW roots for the “big smoke.” Her very first role was as a bank teller, a job that taught her the value of genuine connection, clear communication, and remembering that every client has a story.
From there, she worked her way through a wide range of banking roles, eventually spending 13.5 years as a Business Development Manager, supporting mortgage brokers across the industry. Those years gave her a front‑row seat to what great broking looks like and inspired her to become one herself.
Now, with more than 32 years in banking and finance, Dee brings a rare blend of deep industry knowledge, country‑bred honesty, and a fun, down‑to‑earth approach that instantly puts clients at ease. As a Finance Broker, she’s known for listening deeply, explaining things clearly, and always putting her clients’ best interests first.
Her clients describe her as transparent, trustworthy, and refreshingly real, the kind of broker people return to again and again, and happily refer to their friends and family.
When she’s not helping clients, you’ll find Dee water skiing behind her family’s lovingly restored 50‑year‑old boat, painted in DM Finance’s signature “race boat green” a colour that’s become part of both the family story and the brand identity.
Dee holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is a registered Commissioner of Declarations.

Bella entered the finance industry in 2024, beginning her journey with Dee while completing her Bachelor of Primary Education at university. With a natural talent for organisation, communication, and people‑focused service, Bella is passionate about delivering exceptional client care and making every interaction smooth, clear, and stress‑free.
Highly organised and detail‑driven, Bella keeps processes running seamlessly behind the scenes, ensuring nothing is missed and clients always feel supported throughout their finance journey. She also brings a creative edge to the business, managing all DM Finance social media accounts and adding her own flair to the brand’s marketing. From crafting engaging content to keeping the online presence fresh and vibrant, Bella helps showcase the team’s personality and values in a way clients genuinely connect with.
Outside of work, Bella loves long lunches with family and friends, going camping, and cooking for the people she loves.
